Our Experience
MaxSum Development, LLC is a Land Planning/Entitlement Consulting Firm based In Pasadena, CA. Our capabilities in entitlement services, private land development consulting, municipal planning, feasibility analysis, environmental assessment and analysis, and project/construction management has led to continued growth and success in performing multi-discipline, multi-task projects.
MaxSum Development, LLC clients have benefited from the experience that our staff has acquired from challenging projects throughout California. We have entitled more than 10 million square feet of commercial, industrial, residential, Mixed-Use, Hospitality, Institutional and Entertainment projects with an overall success rate of 98.5%.
Our History
When Milan L. Garrison established MaxSum Development, LLC he was looking for an opportunity to put his then 12 years of civic experience and his passion for economic development and re-development to the best possible use. His goals were simple: 1) work hard, 2) have fun, and 3) create better urban environments. These values have translated into a firm with projects ranging in size up to 200 acres, and a solid reputation for crafting practical yet innovative solutions to the most complex planning and development issues.

At the center of MaxSum Development, LLC operating philosophy, is a keen understanding that every client and community are different, but equally important. Although their interests may seem at odds at any given time in the process, ultimately their goals are inextricably linked. Taking that fact into consideration, we take time to listen to our clients and to understand their business and technical needs, as well as budgetary, personnel, and schedule constraints. We then tailor our services to satisfy those needs, combining experience with creativity to find the best possible solutions for every challenge.
